You may find it helpful to write these observations in a diary to highlight any patterns in emotions, skin quality and physical endurance. Some days you may not notice any problems (which is great!), other days you might find you are struggling in some areas (this could be for example, your energy levels, clarity, stamina, stress, happiness, weight management, etc.).

When perusing products to buy, read the product descriptions so you know how the product may affect the body. Try to tune into your body and pick up on how these systems/products improve your day-to-day norm. Continue to write how you are feeling in your diary to record these changes.

I know how overwhelming it can seem when changes are to be made to our usual way of life. Security is found in routine. At times we are hesitant to embrace change for fear of the unknown. I understand this, and that is why I feel I need to share my story.  If I can encourage you to be proactive,  prioritise your health, and then hopefully improve the health of your loved ones, everything else you choose to do in life can only be enhanced and enjoyed that little bit more!
